The story behind
The historic leather change trays are back this season with the "H Quadrige" motif, created with perforations in the center of the change trays. A quadrige, or quadriga, is an ancient four-horse, two-wheel chariot usually used for racing. A new version of a scarf from the seventies, "Quadrige" showcases a design that plays on the interweaving of two horse heads and harnesses, fitting together like pieces of a puzzle. The change trays come in three two-tone colorways: rouge H, kraft and Danube. This iconic line of change trays is constantly being updated with new designs, colors and shapes. The flexibility and durability of the leather, as well as the saddle stitching remain constant, even on smaller formats. Whether they feature a signature H or designs borrowed from another universe, these pieces use the same embellishment technique: the leather is perforated in the center to create unique motifs. The designs and saddle stitching as well as polishing and saddle nail snap buttons recall the House's equestrian influences.
