The story behind

For several years now, Italian artist Gianpaolo Pagni has been creating a variety of works inspired by sticker albums: unique albums and stickers, adapting old albums, but also video installations and animations. Albums have always been a wonderful playground for him to discover all kinds of images that take him back to his childhood. "Les Objets du Faubourg" is an interpretation of those collages. Nine images, like vignettes, depict forms that abstractly and graphically evoke household objects, such as lamps, vases or curios. The original acrylic design on self-adhesive paper retains its color vibrancy and multi-colored effect due to a triple twill weave that allows for a wide variety of color combinations.
