The story behind
Florence Manlik set out to discover the Maison's iconographic heritage, looking through the pages of the Emile Hermès collection of peddler's catalogs dating from the late 19th century. In this poetic tale, a bear, a deer, a horse and a fox observe a multitude of buckles, chains, bells and padlocks: a curious array of shapes and stories, from the past and future.
