People strolling along the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore in Paris occasionally look up and catch a fleeting glimpse of the mysterious silhouettes of trees in the sky. For a secret garden exists on the roof of the Hermès store. With its refined lines that are at once modern and classic, Benoit Pierre Emery's design evokes a miniature French garden with its symmetrical flower beds. The Hermès Sellier signature, in 1930s style typography, recalls the original sign that greets people walking on the street from the top of the building.
