The story behind
During the reign of Franz Joseph I of Austria (1848-1916), the steeds of the Hungarian Royal Guard sported a ceremonial harness with gleaming buckles, like this framed bridle with its delicate leather straps. Beneath bands of gradient colors, Virginie Jamin's delicate lines are endlessly intensified and repeated, giving this emblematic equestrian motif a new rainbow.
