The story behind
The original design by Virginie Jamin, "Grand Tralala", which first appeared on a silk scarf, is now available in the home collection on a spring-pink change tray. The designer took inspiration from the ceremonial harness worn by the mounts of the Royal Hungarian Bodyguards during the reign of emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria in (1848-1916). With this added historical touch, Virginie Jamin reinvents the spirit of the emblematic equestrian Hermès designs.
