The story behind

Created by Guy Robert in 1970 to evoke a refined spirit of sharing and teamwork, the first men’s fragrance by Hermes is a novel characterized by a restrained yet virile mood. Aromatic, spicy, woody, Equipage is artfully poised between strength and subtlety, the liveliness of herbs and the power of spices, against a backdrop of velvety, woody notes.

The Founders bear witness to the initial encounters between the house of Hermes and fragrance. They tell the story of the living heritage of Hermes, its references and secrets... These fragrances are timeless, yet never less than contemporary.
