The story behind
Diamond shapes, stars, and droplets form the bandana backdrop for a skillfully orchestrated composition of leather and metal, loops and circles. This labyrinth, which leads to a rosette in the center of the scarf, features spurs, stirrups, reins, and whips, all of which are repeated throughout the design. Since 1974, the harness of the Cadre Noir de Saumur squires, a prestigious French riding school created in the 19th century, traces its curves and straight lines in the iconic legacy of Hermès.
