Hermès cashmere is combed by hand from mountain goats in Asia whilst respecting both the animals and their environment. The fibres are subjected to a rigorous selection process to ensure that only the best down is used. Hermès chooses the longest and finest fibres to obtain strong yarn. This lengthy process guarantees a garment that is 100% pure cashmere. 
To preserve the beauty of your garment, we recommend that you store it horizontally in a dry place away from light. We suggest either dry cleaning or hand washing. If you decide to hand wash, we recommend using a small amount of special wool detergent in lukewarm water (30 °C). After washing, rinse, dry with a terry cloth towel and lay flat to dry.
