Most items ordered are delivered in an orange box tied with our Bolduc ribbon. However there are exclusions such as fragrances, soaps, makeup and beauty products, books, stationary, ready to wear,equestrian items, oversized homewares and large items.

When placing your order it is possible to include an accompanying gift card. Alternatively you can request a blank gift card that you can customise.

If the product complies with the return condition, we accept the return requirement of the none purchaser based on the return process. The refund will be pay back to the account of purchaser.
